Our company is one of the oldest and most established companies in the area.  We have over 35 years of construction experience and are proud of our spotless reputation for both quality and customer service.

We have considerable experience in both residential and commercial fields.  We have worked extensively with city and county zoning administrators throughout the area and have earned their respect and cooperation through our many endeavors.

Our company has an interesting and useful structure.  We are a family business and have unequaled maturity and experience with Dave Tutch as senior partner.  Dave learned building from his father and has since accumulated many years of building and management experience.  We then have the education, resiliency and enthusiasm of youth with Jim Cummings as the newer partner.  Jim brings an engineering background with him and credits his mastery of the trade to Dave.  Karen Tutch, Dave's wife and Jim's mother, manages the administrative and bookkeeping duties for the company and brings many years of title and construction lending experience to our table.

Each of us have considerable computer knowledge in our specialty areas.  We are up to date in all phases of construction design and have the capability to incorporate design with structural issues in order to present accurate and vivid drawings and plans.

Dave holds active building contractor licenses in both Minnesota and Florida.  His main focus is customer service and design, leaving the actual construction to Jim and his crew.
